Are the fragrances original?

We pride ourselves on offering only original fragrances that are free from any additives or alterations. However, it is natural that the fragrance notes may vary slightly between different batches. This is due to slight adjustments in the composition of the ingredients by the manufacturers, which can vary from batch to batch. This can also cause the intensity of the fragrance to vary slightly.

How does an ordering process work?

Please choose your favorite fragrances and the desired size. We only bottle your desired fragrance after we receive your order to ensure that the perfume maintains its optimal quality. All orders received before 12pm on weekdays are carefully padded and shipped the same day via DHL. You should normally receive your delivery within 1-2 working days. Please note that no shipments are made on weekends.

Can I buy/order perfume samples?

Yes, at Parfumproben24 you can easily and conveniently choose from a variety of brands and designers and test the perfume samples easily and conveniently at home. This way you can specifically prevent bad purchases.

Why do perfume samples smell stronger?

Many people have this impression. However, the perfume in our samples is identical to the original products. Fluctuations or differences in the scent are therefore a matter of personal perception, not the quality or properties of the perfume.

How are the fragrances bottled?

All samples are filled in glass bottles with a high-quality spray head. The name of the fragrance is printed on each bottle. The bottles are therefore also suitable as gifts.

How long does shipping take?

We fill and ship your order within 24 hours from Monday to Friday. We then ship the goods to you via DHL, with an approximate delivery time of 2 to 4 days.

Where should I apply the fragrance?

For a long-lasting fragrance effect, spray the fragrance onto your skin from a distance of 20 cm. Give preference to warm areas of the body such as the inside of the wrists or the areas behind the earlobes.
